Texas Mock Trial was founded in 1991. TMT is the official competitive intercollegiate Mock Trial organization for the University of Texas and is one of the most competitive programs in the country. In our 30-year history, our team has taken home trophies from tournaments across the country. Wherever we go, our teams are ready to bring home victory, the Texas way!

When we prepare and try both sides of a legal case every season, our members develop the skills they need to succeed in the legal field. Our members apply themselves each season by competing as witnesses and attorneys. TMT alumni include attorneys who graduated from top law schools including Harvard, Yale, and of course, Texas.
